Hot Air Balloon : Yarra Valley (Melbourne)

 

Morning!  My massage friend’s birthday was coming soon. She wanted to take a hot air balloon. We signed up for a sunrise tour with a hot air balloon company. It has three takeoff locations, namely Melbourne , Yarra Valley & Mansfield . We like the rural scenery, but Mansfield is a long drive, so we chose Yarra Valley. We arrived at Lilydale one day earlier, so that we could arrive at the meeting point early the next day.



We got up at around 4 o'clock. When we arrived, the sky started to light up and we saw the moment when the hot air balloon ignited its fuel.

Soon after, we boarded the hot air balloon and slowly ascended. We saw the morning light and mist, and the surroundings were as calm as a mirror.

There were more than 10 people in the hot air balloon, and we were lucky enough to find a corner

The one-hour hot air balloon ride is completed. I like that it rises and falls, and more importantly, this beautiful world.

Adelaide｜bronze pig statues｜City walk｜

  After the hot air balloon ride, my massage colleague Phoebe and I flew from Melbourne to Adelaide to start a 10-day journey. This journey started from Melbourne, flew to Adelaide in South Australia, then to Alice Springs & Uluru in Central Australia, and then returned to Melbourne. She has a strong independent mind. Is it a blessing or a curse for her to explore the journey? Well, don’t think too much and enjoy the moment. Today we walked to Adelaide’s city like tourists. I really like the bronze pig statues. They look like they are walking on the street alive! Is there anything delicious in the trash can? As for the rabbit and dog drinking coffee, I’ve seen this one in Melbourne too! Drink coffee slowly~ The Adelaide arcade is also full of art, and the angle at which the umbrellas droop is quite unusual. Then I walked into the market and saw beautiful scarves! Lake Tyrrell Salt Lake

My Hong Kong’s friends wanted to go to Lake Tyrrell Salt Lake, and they arranged for a driver and tour guide, so I went with them. Lake Tyrrell is the largest salt lake in Melbourne, 314 kilometers away from the city center (about 5 hours' drive), with a total area of ​​20,860 hectares. We arrived before sunset. It was really like a mirror, reflecting the reflection of the sky, and we stepped into the salt lake, and saw my own reflection like looking in a mirror, so amazing! I took some beautiful photos, but the soles of my shoes were actually full of mud (because the lake water is very shallow, the water and mud merged, and the soles of my shoes were full of mud, haha).
